1:  How do I place my order?

Placing your order at CUTZ N PATCHES is very easy.
Browse by category or search an item of your choice- Click on the product of your choice

When you are ready to add an item to your shopping cart- you need to check the color, size (if these attributes are applicable) and quantity. Then click on the Add to Cart button.

A small box will appear informing you that the item is in the cart. You may choose to continue shopping or checkout as per your requirements. If you change your mind and want to continue browsing you may do so at any moment during the checkout process. You can continue to add items to your shopping cart until you are ready to Checkout.

You can review and/or change the items in your shopping cart at any time.

  • To delete an item, simply click on the cross.
  • To change the quantity, simply change the quantity by clicking on + or – button.
  • Your order value will be recalculated each time you change the quantity automatically.
  • Once you are satisfied with your order, you can start the checking out process by clicking on “Proceed to checkout” on the Shopping Cart page. This takes you to the Checkout page.

Checking Out:

  • On the Checkout Page, Click on the login link if you have not logged in. If you do not have an account with CUTZ N PATCHES, don’t worry. Just register a new account. You will find the register link at the top of the page or just besides the login tab on the checkout page

Note: If you register with us you will get the following benefits: -

  • The Billing Address and Shipping Address sections of the page will be populated automatically based on your account information you have provided (Customer Account- billing and shipping address). You can change the shipping and billing address if needed at the checkout page or in your account
  • Check the shipping options and price if applicable.
  • Select one of the payment options (COD, Net-Banking/Debit or Credit Card)
  • Enter the CUTZ N PATCHES Voucher/Discount coupon codes as applicable.
  • Review your order and proceed to make the payment using our highly secure payment process
YOUR ORDER IS PLACED!!!


Your payment is processed in real time and within a few seconds you will receive a SMS and an email confirmation from CUTZ N PATCHES with the details of the order. You can also check Order history in ‘My Account’

  • Check the expected delivery time and COD service availability by entering your Pin code on the CHECK DELIVERY DETAILS link- Detailed information about your items will be communicated via SMS/Email once you have placed an order.


2:  How do I know if my order has been placed successfully?

Your order is processed in real time. Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive a SMS and an email confirmation from CUTZ N PATCHES with details of the order. You can also check Order history in ‘My Account’

3:  Do you take phone orders?

No, we do not take any orders via phone. Please use the website to place your selection and complete the orders.

4:  Can I add / remove a product (s) after having placed it?

Sorry, after you have placed an order, you won't be able to add or remove a product to/from your order. But you can place a new order for the desired products.

5:  Can I change the delivery address after placing an order?

You can get in touch with our customer care team if you wish to change the delivery address for your order.

If your order has not been shipped we would be able to accommodate your request .However, if the order has been shipped, we would not be able to accommodate the request. (Need to clarify with the team)

Note: Each order shall be delivered at a single address only. We do not accept requests for delivering at multiple locations in a single order. We request you to place separate orders for separate locations.

6:  How do I cancel an order? 

Go to order and click cancel button.

7:  Can I book an order for delivery to more than one address?

8:  How do I check the status of my order?

Your order status is updated to you via emails and SMS at every step. :

  • Once your order is placed you would receive a SMS and an email with your order details. Your account would be updated as well in relation to the processing of the order
  • Again after your order is dispatched we send you a SMS with your tracking details. In case of any unforeseen events which delay your order you would receive a special update from our end.
  • Once the order has been delivered to your doorstep you would be updated about the same

Note: You can always check the updates of the order by logging into your “Account”
